Download our application from any of the links above or search "TRYKE" in your mobile-app store. The motorbikes can only be accessed via our mobile-app.
Verify
Verify your driver's license and personal identification through our mobile-app. This process can take up to 24 hours and you will be notified via push notification on the status of your application.
Inspect
Inspect your motorbike to check the brakes and lights, and ensure there is enough battery range. Use another vehicle or contact customer support if you notice anything during your inspection.
Protect
Collect your helmet from the closest customer service counter. A RM50.00 deposit will be charged and refunded upon returning the helmet. For more information check out our FAQ section
Park
You are required to return the motorbike to the station that you collected it. If the vehicle is not returned within the pass validity, you will be charged RM10.00 per hour of late return.
